Omolarians - People of Giza

Sennen-Ra
Present pharaoh of Omolara, the southern kingdom.

Ulid-Ra II (Deceased)
Previous pharaoh of Omolara, the southern kingdom. Ulid was known as a great builder and peacekeeper.

The Chosen of Osirus
A group of individuals selected once every twenty years to undergo a set of grueling trials and rituals. Upon success the team is awarded the Wisdom of the Gods and must accept a lifelong responsibility to the Kingdom of Omolara. This usually entails undertaking harrowing missions when the kingdom is in need.
Qalain "The Swift", Chosen of Osirus
Arnir "The Mighty", Chosen of Osirus
Babiah "The Learned", Chosen of Osirus
Iqbin "The Daring", Chosen of Osirus
Jahnwar "The Masterful", Chosen of Osirus
Jahnwar was rude to the new Champions of Osirus when they were imprisoned and squeezed Akim's hand REALLY hard when they had to make nice.
Jimut "The Holy", Chosen of Osirus
Teelid "The Unstoppable", Chosen of Osirus

Abdar "The Hammer"
A citizen who tousled with Nezzar at the naming ceremony of champions. He claims to have 12 brothers and has invited Nezzar to come and meet with them.

Sitta and Halim
Priests and functionaries in the court of Senen-Ra. They interrogated the Champions of Osirus at great length when they were suspected of having had a hand in the sordid events at the naming ceremony.

Omolarians - People of Kelmeera Village and Surrounds

Daraniz
A prospector. He is currently excavating a rich field of alabaster. Rakahemmet, acting as the seneschal of Outpost XXIX helped Daraniz to repay a debt he owed, saving him from indentured servitude to Mumashar the camel merchant.
Ellizad
Elder son of Daraniz the prospector. He is currently in Nubia coordinating the sale of alabaster to the ruling house there.
Aygar and Rimena
The younger son and the daughter of Daraniz the prospector.
Mumashar
The camel merchant of Kelmeera Village. He is a short, stocky man with a turban and a two-pointed beard. He is often decked out in embroidered Bedouin finery with many rings on his fingers and a great necklass of precious stones.

The Holy Hermit
A mysterious old man who lives in the desert and can conjure magic. He tells riddles and may have some connection with the Mad Djin.



Nubians

The Nubians are people from the land of Nubia. Most, but not necessarily all, are Kushites (dark-skinned elves).
Pharaoh Netek-amen and Queen Amentari
The present co-rulers of the Nubian people.
Prince Rudrick-amen
A young Kushite prince of Nubia. Son of Pharaoh Netek-amen and Queen Amentari and fourth in line to the throne. Prince Rudrick lost a battle with the Khepris Overmind at a Bedouin oasis and was subsequently assisted by the Champions of Osirus to retrieve two of his men who were taken.

Mukhmarvil and Baturgi
Two Nubian warriors who were rescued from the Khepris Overmind.




Bedouin

The Bedouin tribes are dwellers in the high desert of Cheopia. They are primarily orcs (Maeens), half-orcs (Minaeans), and castouts from many other lands.
Shafz
A Bedouin warrior from the small tribe of Rashiff. His tribe was conquered by the Khepris Overmind and subjugated. The tribe was subsequently wiped out by the Champions of Osirus and Prince Rudrick-amen of Nubia in a battle with the Overmind. Shafz was spared by Nezzar and invited to join the fighting men of Outpost XXIX.
Tribe Rashiff
A mixed tribe of mostly Minaean stock who were oasis-keepers. The tribe was wiped out by the Champions of Osirus and Prince Rudrick-amen of Nubia in a battle against the Khepris Overmind.

Names of the Dead: Samalia, Kheru, Fareeb, Akeen, Baqeer, Ankheseteret, Endululat, Bemane, Niraki, Bügisu, Enminmuranki, Lukhr, Usneer, Pabsuty, Afe.



Phoenicians

These people heigh from one of the phoenician city-states on the Levant coast of eastern Cheopia. Many are of the small race of men called the Kina'hna (halflings).
Sarradin of Sidon
A Kina'hna trader. He seems to be having a run of bad luck. On approach to Outpost XXIX, he lost his pony to the gibbering creature in the Pass of Cassasep. When attempting to return home, he was forced to turn back due to a poisoned oasis to the north.
Fakhadzhi
Aged Kina'hna who runs the Phoenician trading post and hospitality center near Kelmeera Village. He assisted the Champions of Osirus by giving them unguent and rights of passage through Bedouin lands after they had solved his favorite riddles.
